Featuring plasma high definition T.V in both the bedroom and lounge, each having a D.V.D player and freesat channels.

The bedroom has a king size bed and en-suit facilities.

Outside, a barbeque and picnic table have been provided.

Situated in the heart of the ancient market town of Guisborough, and dating back to the 1800's this semi-detached mews cottage has been lovingly restored by the present owner. The cobbled streets of Guisborough are dominated by the Augustine Priory ruins founded in 1119 by Robert de Brus II.

Gateway to the North York Moors National Park where bridle paths and cycle tracks lead to pretty little villages and friendly local tea rooms tucked away deep in the valleys.
An ideal holiday location for exploring the Heritage coastline. The Victorian seaside town of Saltburn is but a short drive. Continue your journey along the coast, and visit the smugglers coves at Staithes and Runswick Bay and then Whitby, the famous fishing port.

Primrose Cottage is conveniently located close to Shops, pubs and restaurants within 20 yards.

Ground floor: Lounge with large comfortable sofa and dining table, kitchen.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite with large shower, toilet and basin.

Gas central heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

High speed wireless broadband is provided.

The kitchen has a washing machine, over with hob, and eye level grill, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is a courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Free on street parking is provided by virtue of residents parking permit.

Dominated by the priory ruins founded by Robert de Brus II in 1119, this is an ideal location for exploring the rugged yet beautiful Heritage Coast of North Yorkshire.
Commence your journey at the Victorian seaside town of Saltburn, winding your way along the coastal road to smugglers coves and historic seaside towns such as Whitby with Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington a little further east.

It's only a short drive into the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the quaint little villages.
Guisborough is the gateway to the whole of North Yorkshire and its many attractions.
