The Executive Studio

The Executive Studio is located in the basement of Laurel House. The Executive Studio has separate access directly from the car park to a private entrance. This fully carpeted studio apartment is spacious and has all the necessary amenities for a business/leisure trip. Guests enter into the guest room of the apartment, where there is a double bedroom, dining table and chairs (please note - the sofa has been removed and replaced with a dining table and chairs). There is a secluded area as a workspace/dressing area. The bedroom leads on to the modern kitchen and finally the bathroom.

Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with convenient sockets, free wifi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting. The large bedrooms benefit from comfortable double beds, Egyptian cotton linen, blackout curtains and bluetooth speaker sockets. The kitchens in each apartment are equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooking appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk and mini toiletries are also supplied as part of a welcome pack to all new arrivals.

Situated centrally within Reading, Laurel House is ideally positioned for corporate accommodation due to its close proximity to Reading’s array of amenities and transport links. Thames Valley Park and Reading Main Train Station are both merely a 5-minute drive away, whilst the University of Reading is less than a 5 minute walk from the property. Whilst most other serviced accommodation are located in high rise buildings around the City’s busier areas, Laurel House is located in a quiet residential street just outside of the busy Reading Town Centre.

The property features four unique and executive apartments, with each floor of the building boasting its own apartment. Each apartment benefits from a fully equipped, new and modern kitchen, a spacious living area, a peaceful bedroom and modern bathroom.

Each kitchen has a washer/dryer, oven, hob, kettle, microwave and toaster for our guests use. We also provide cutlery, crockery and utensils to ensure that Laurel House can be classed as a home away from home. Each living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The bedrooms each have a dressing area/workspace, spacious wardrobes and a comfy double bed with our fresh, Egyptian cotton linen. Each bathroom benefits from high powered shower/baths and include towels and toiletries.
