Log Cabin Luxury

We had a great stay. The cabin was close to all the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to see. The beds are very comfortable after a long day around the town. There was room for us all and we had a great time with our family. We did see 3 bear right outside the front door.

Easy access, great views and amenities, clean and comfortable. For the group size it would have been nice to have a few more supplies although management did agree to bring more trash bags and we would have expected more chairs for the decks so we could all enjoy them together. Overall a great stay.

While the property has potential, our stay did not meet expectations given the premium price. First of all, the location of the property is absolutely perfect. Very close to all of the attractions. Now for the issues we came across during our stay. When we arrived, we found multiple snapping mouse traps openly placed in the lower living area. This was concerning, especially since our group included several young children, including a two-year-old.We also ran into several cleanliness issues. Some beds had sheets or covers with noticeable odors, a beetle was found under the covers in the upstairs master bedroom, and one set of sheets had a significant amount of sand on it. Issues with the sheets weren’t discovered until late in the evening when guests were getting ready for bed, which resulted in us doing laundry until around 2:00 a.m. on our first night. Additionally, some doors did not latch properly, including the master bathroom and a few bedrooms, which caused privacy issues.On a positive note, the host was responsive and helpful on Christmas Day, sending both a maintenance worker and a cleaner to address the issues. We greatly appreciated the quick response and effort to make things right.

Great stay but parking was difficult

Loved the cabin. We had 8 adults, 4 teens, 1 preteen and 2 kids under 10. There was plenty to do, at the cabin and close to the cabin. The only complaint I have is the parking situation wasn't great. We had 4 vehicles to fit in a tiny drive. We constantly had to move cars around for people to leave to go places. Over all excellent experience and we will definitely be back.

Couples weekend

Ten of us went on a couples getaway weekend! There was plenty of space and fun at the cabin as well as tons to do close to the cabin. Be aware of traffic in and out of Gatlinburg but the cabin itself was amazing and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the cabin. It was accommodated our 13 family members very well. 2 refrigerators were very helpful also! Although we had to be strategic, we were able to park 6 vehicles. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub! This is not a complaint but it would be great to link each bathroom to the specific bedroom to help visitors plan the best place for everyone.
