Completely renovated, decorated with care and perfectly maintained, our apartment Confidence 1 is very functional, warm and perfectly arranged. You get more privacy, more freedom, more space than in a hotel room.
- Location # 1, in the heart of the city, on a pedestrian zone, far from the noise of cars. You will be able to enjoy calm and serenity.
- Apartment renovated and decorated with care
- Comfortable and clean bedding
- Installations in compliance with health and safety standards and in perfect working order and maintenance.
- Crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils in sufficient number and in perfect state of maintenance.
Cleanliness is our priority. The operation of the equipment and the state of the furniture is systematically controlled between each rental.
Our Confidence 1 apartment is fully equipped, ready to live for your holidays or business trips. It is on the 2nd floor. It is oriented South to make you enjoy a beautiful light. This is a T1 apartment (separate kitchen) very nice and functional, it consists of:
- separate kitchen with dining area
- a living area with a TV
- a sleeping area with 1 double bed (quality bedding)
- a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)
- a large storage cupboard with shelves and wardrobe
- a washing machine is available to our tenants in the common areas
