"La Cheveux d'Anges" is a lovely family home with modern and well-kept amenities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 248, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet.

- Shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit, raised toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Garage for 1 car and 2 private outdoor parking spaces.
On the 1st floor, the sleeping area including 3 beautiful bedrooms of 14m2, 2 with 1 double bed 160 * 200, closet, velux with blind and 1 with 1 double bed 140x190, closet, skylight with electric shutters. 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC
