Pas de séjour !

Une semaine avant notre dĂ©part, j'ai essayĂ© Ă  de multiples reprises de modifier notre date d'arrivĂ©e car j'avais fait une erreur. Ce fut IMPOSSIBLE malgrĂ© l'accord de l'hĂŽte (M.Casati) . Nous avons dĂ», l'hĂŽte et moi mĂȘme, tĂ©lĂ©phoner Ă  Abritel au moins 10 fois chacun sans rĂ©ussir Ă  rĂ©soudre le problĂšme. J'ai donc perdu 100€ car nous ne pouvions pas sĂ©journer chez M.Casati Ă  cette date. Je suis trĂšs mĂ©contente car ça m'a plombĂ© mon budget vacances. M. Casati Ă©tait pourtant d'accord pour faire la modification demandĂ©e sans frais mais Abritel a Ă©tĂ© incapable de nous aider Ă  rĂ©gler le problĂšme. Je ne vais pas en rester lĂ  si aucune compensation ne m'est accordĂ©e. L'hĂŽte, M.Casati pourra Ă©galement tĂ©moigner de ma bonne fois. Merci d'accuser rĂ©ception de ce message.
