Instant-Morienval La Ferme

Much more than just a place to sleep, the Instant Farm was originally the authentic home of this wonderful 19th century farmhouse, in which the landowner lived.
 
Since this house has been completely renovated maintaining all its charm and authenticity.
 
The house has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen but has kept its pantry and fresh cabinet.
 
The house also has on the ground floor a very large dining room (about 60m2) with a small sitting-reading area and fireplace and a very large living room (about 60 m2) with fireplace, piano and billiards.
 
These different rooms should allow everyone to find a place to relax, play or spend a quiet moment.
 
On the other side of the kitchen, up 4 steps you will find a large suite (about 60 m2). This suite consists of a seating area with a sofa bed and an extra bed and a sleeping area with a double bed.
L'Instant has two very pretty houses:

- l'Instant La Vue, on the one hand and,
- l'Instant La Ferme, on the other hand.

Both houses have both 5 or 6 bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living space, a well equipped kitchen, fireplace, Wifi, ... and can each accommodate 15 people maximum. The two houses each have their character with a very neat and different decoration.

You can either rent the 2 houses, either one of them. If you wish to rent all the property, you will also have the opportunity to rent a kind of warehouse, barn, allowing you to organize small events.
