Gîte La Petite Ecole - La Marelle - 2/4 pers.

This character cottage of 39m2 is in the process of 4-star certification and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The atmosphere is very cozy. The bedroom is modular (2 single beds or a double bed) and the sofa bed in the living room allows an extra for 2 people. The terrace on the ground floor allows you to have lunch in the great outdoors and the deckchairs are just waiting for you for a nap!

From the cottage, lots of activities to discover: walks, mountain biking, trail, cycling, paragliding, cross-country skiing ... A little further, downhill skiing, swimming pool, golf, tennis, tours, ... In short spend a good stay with family or friends to relax in the fresh air of the Vercors!

The gite includes:
- A living room of 22 m2
- A modular bedroom (one double bed or two single beds)
- A bathroom / WC

WIFI will keep you connected. For athletes, ski lockers and a garage for bikes are also available.

Pets are not allowed and the cottages are non-smoking.

La Petite Ecole, a former country school renovated in 2017, has two gites.

The first can accommodate 2 to 4 people. With a surface of 39m2, it is on the ground floor with a private terrace. The atmosphere is very cozy. The bedroom is modular (2 single beds or a double bed) and the sofa bed in the living room allows an extra for 2 people.

The second can accommodate 5 people. With a surface of 55m2, it is on the second floor. Its exposed frame makes it very warm. The south bedroom has 1 double bed while the north bedroom offers 3 single beds.

WIFI is present in both accommodations. For outdoor activities, ski lockers and a garage for bikes are also available.

Pets are not allowed and the gites are non-smoking.

A restful and wonderful stay in a perfect place with greats hosts

We spent a wonderful week away from the heat and noise of the Grenoble basin. The cottage is very practical, extremely well equipped, with high-quality amenities. Marie-Elise and David gave us a warm welcome. The setting and view are magnificent, not to mention the beauty of the starry nights, undisturbed by the light pollution of a big city. Les Hérauds is the perfect starting point for countless hikes, visits, and activities, whether toward Lans-en-Vercors or Villard-de-Lans, or even Autrans.

Appartement tout confort pour un séjour reposant

L’exposition sud de l’appartement est tellement agréable en contraste avec le froid de l’extérieur. L’hébergement est très bien équipé pour les adultes (appareil à raclette, lave linges…) pour les enfants (livres, jeux…). La touche en plus est l’histoire du lieu avec les livres associés à disposition

Nous avons passé une semaine au sein du gîte La Petite Ecole. Super emplacement proche du départ de nombreuses randonnées toutes plus splendides que les autres. Le gîte est équipé de tout le nécessaire et les propriétaires nous partagent leurs bons plans. Super séjour! Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour dans le Vercors.

Gite idéalement situé, très lumineux et très agréable. Propriétaires serviable et à l'écoute.

Le village est très sympathique et beaucoup moins fréquenté par les touristes que Villard de Lans. L'accessibilité des randonnées sans trop de voiture à faire. La piste cyclable, via-Vercors au pied du gites qui nous balade dans le vercors sans les menaces des voitures.
