Big, well-equipped villa

Big, well-equipped villa. Much as described apart from the views which were even better than we expected. Gorgeous sunrises visible from top floor. Kids loved the spacious pool. Alcanada is a peaceful area, with busy Alcudia port and old town within easy reach.

The house was close to the beach, 2 hotels, one allowed you to use their tennis courts, 3 restaurants and 2 beach bars Bedding was changed after a week and a quick house clean Nothing, contact with Maggie was brilliant

Plenty space and had everything you’d need for a holiday. Area around property nice and quiet. Lovely welcome pack left by hosts. Super views from top bedroom. A bit out of town centre.

Fantastic views

The villa is very spacious, modern and clean. The views from the top two floors are fantastic and give a great view across the bay. The pool is just the right size, and gets loads of sun all day. Port D'alcudia is approx. 5 mins drive, andalthough you could walk it in 20 to 30 mins, being lazy we drove. However, there are two restaurants and a Spar just two mins walk around the corner. Maggie and Pep, are very helpful, and we would recommend this villa, and would certainly recommend Homevillas360

This really is as good as the pictures show

This really is as good as the pictures show. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything your group will need for a relaxing holiday. The property is clean and bright with good aircon in bedrooms if you need it. The pool is bigger and deeper than it looks, it's cleaned and water quality checked regularly. Directions, Checkin/out all very easy and hosts very responsive to questions and requests. This rental was great value for the size of our party and time of year. We also had the pleasure of meeting the property owner who was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information on the local area. There's a nice coastal walk from Alcanada and you can wade out to the Lighthouse Islandswim in the crystal clear waters in Cala Poncet a minute walk away. There's a couple of really good local restaurantsthe busier Port d'Alcudia area is only 20 min walk away.

Fantastisk utsikt over havet

Fantastisk utsikt over havet .Sømmebasseng var veldig bra.Mye plass i huset,veldig rent. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. 5 soverom(2x Dobbelseng,2x fransk Dobbelseng,et rom med to enkeltsenger) og 4 baderom. Nok plass for å parkere to biler.

Alles perfekt

Wir waren von der Unterkunft positiv überrascht. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und die Lage ist zwar von Alcudia etwas weit weg, dafür um so schöner und es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Bus und einen kleinen Spar. Wir hatten drei kleinere Probleme und die Agentur war sofort erreichbar und hat noch am gleichen Tag Techniker organisiert. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Dieses Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Nur die Stromkabel ( überlandleitung) trüben das Blickfeld. Und wenn man mal eine Frage hat und die Kontaktperson per WhatsApp anschreiben bekommt man umgehend eine Antwort Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt hier und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Schlafzimmer neben der Küche. Dies ist ein wenig klein und für 2 Erwachsene bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht gerade ideal.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (Toaster defekt, Türklinke defekt) war alles bestens. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war super, wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hauses, sowie das Haus selber sind traumhaft schön, es war alles da was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Das Meer war in 2 Min. fußläufig zu erreichen, der nächste Sandstrand in Alcudia war innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe hat alles perfekt funktioniert und war super organisiert, ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
