This magnificent 2-room apartment in an industrial style punctuated with Alsatian architecture offers a sleeping capacity of 4 people thanks to its comfortable sofa bed and a double bed in a private room.

Functional and charming, the loft has a superb fully equipped American kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and nespresso coffee machine (with small capsule) and a pretty bathroom with shower walk-in, and separate WC. Bed, bath and kitchen linen is provided.

The apartment is located in a private courtyard with the possibility of renting a parking space and is equipped with Wi-Fi connection.
The roofs of the Court of Berthe are ideally located in the historic heart of Colmar.

You will immediately fall under the charm of the city.

A few steps from the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin or Little Venice, you will be perfectly situated to enjoy your stay.
