We are located a short drive away from the historic town of Spoleto (Umbria).

This is a totally unspoilt area of Umbria to visit. Within 30 minutes you can reach Montefalco, Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Perugia and the beautiful Valnerina. There are also a whole host of outdoor activities to enjoy including white water rafting, cycling, hiking, and rock climbing.

The unspoilt Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches can also be reached in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Further afield Siena, Rome and Florence can be reached in 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

The Villa
The whole villa has wonderful original chestnut beams and has been completely refurbished. All the soft furnishings are from Designers Guild, the curtains are handmade in linen from Montefalco and all the bed linen and towels are from the White Company. Upstairs the stunning living room runs the full length of the house and provides the perfect space for entertaining a large number of guests. It also opens onto a newly completed roof terrace with the most spectacular views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

Also on this level is a modern travertine lined 'wet room' shower and two very spacious bedrooms: one can be arranged as a twin or double the other has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4)

The two levels of the house are connected by a bespoke metal staircase. Downstairs is the modern and fully-equipped spacious kitchen and dining room, with a small cosy sitting area in front of a wood burning open fire. The recently fitted kitchen has a wonderful curved ceiling and is totally equipped for the most enthusiastic cooks. This leads to a bright, sunny garden room with a high ceiling providing wonderful views to both valleys.

A small lobby gives a sense of privacy to the Master bedroom suite with a king size bed with french doors directly to the garden and another travertine lined shower room.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 as a mix of adults and children.
