Please note: Minimum stay of 3 nights. Sunnyside Cottage is a beautiful detached dwelling nestled in the village of Swaton near Helpringham, Lincolnshire. Home to three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, the cottage can sleep a total of six guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, and a cloakroom, whilst the ground floor boasts a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room with an electric woodburning effect stove, a snug and a sun room. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a patio featuring outdoor furniture, a lawn and a gravelled area with off-road parking for two cars. Sunnyside Cottage makes an excellent choice for a self-catering holiday in Lincolnshire at any time of year. Please note: There is no hen, stag or similar parties accepted.
