If you're looking for a unique stay, this is it. Overlooking Bembridge Harbour, although newly built, this houseboat nestles into its surroundings beautifully.
Islay can sleep up to 10 (2 families) and enjoys glorious, ever-changing views across the harbour, perfect for a family getaway to the island.
Only a short walk from Bembridge village and beaches, the entrance leads across a walkway to the front door which opens onto the main open-plan living area. With kitchen/utility, toilet, banquet dining table, and comfortable sitting areas, you'll enjoy spectacular views across the harbour. The sliding folding doors that lead onto the viewing deck flood light into the main room. The ever-changing sea and sky create a constantly changing landscape that can be enjoyed all year round.
Downstairs there are 4 modern bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10, perfect for 2 families. The houseboat will rise and fall with the tides.

Sam and Dee designed and built this houseboat in 2019/2020 and it arrived in Bembridge Harbour in July 2020. Its almost identical twin sister, Eleuthera sits next door and is also available to rent. Great for group getaways!

Why they chose this property

Its unique position on the water allows you to enjoy the ever-changing harbour scene. Waterbirds flock to the central harbour area as the tide heads out.

What makes this property unique

Islay's location is perfect for scenic walks in the area, whether a hike up to Culver down or just a stroll across the Duver to the sandy beaches of Priory bay. A very special place from which to explore the Isle of Wight.
