Not the luxury apartment we expected
Looked sparsely furnished upon arrival but appeared okay, then we started to notice the broken items, which we messaged the company about, including stained linens on the bed. The response was very poor. Our stay was for 14 nights, after night 10 someone eventually turned up with fresh towels and bedding (only one bath towel and one set of sheets supplied), by this time our friends had found alternative accomodation.
We had no cleaning equipment (buckets/mops/ dustpan/brush etc) The kitchen fire extinguisher was missing, the balcony furniture was broken, scratching our skin, there were no pads/cushions for the solid wood lounger, the availability of mugs and glasses was sparse....
Such a shame, the apartment it's self if very nice in a lovely location.
Probably not suitable for allergy sufferers, as many residents use the lifts with their dogs. The strong smell and loose dog hair caught in our throats.
We expected more based on the cost of this apartment.
