Set in the quiet countryside in northwestern Istria, the villa has a perfect location in the midst of the Istrian wine region. The best way to explore it is by bikes available on the spot or by hiking along the famous Parenzana trail. Hilltop towns such as Motovun and Grožnjan are within 13 km of distance, while the coast and Istralandia water park are around 20 km away. After passing the Slovenian- Croatian border crossing Dragonja, it takes some 20 minutes to reach it. The Pula Airport is less than 50 km away
