If you want to discover the city of Lugano, MINERVA 404 is the perfect place: this finely renovated studio apartment is a 5-minute walk away from the center, as well as from the station and even less from the LAC, the art museum of Lugano.

MINERVA 404 will surprise you with its perfect organization: its modern and functional furnishings make the living room comfortable during the day and equally perfect as a sleeping area: the comfortable sofa with chaise long turns into a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.)! The kitchen is of the latest generation and equipped with appliances and accessories for cooking and serving meals: enjoy an excellent dinner for two in total relaxation, admiring the lake from the window, or admire the sunset from the terrace! A large closet for your wardrobe and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment. The city centre is just 5 minutes walk away from Minerva Apartments: you can reach it by walking along the picturesque lakeside promenade!

What's nearby:
Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 direction "Lugano, Centro" (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minute to get to the building.
