Located in a characteristic building in the Chamberí neighbourhood, a highly desired area for being central and away from the hustle and bustle of the oldest zone. A very safe residential area surrounded by everything necessary for a perfect stay, both for work and with family or friends. It is a recently fully renovated building with restored apartments equipped with the latest technology.

The building has a lift and an interior courtyard. To access the lift, it is necessary to climb a small flight of steps, as is usual in old buildings. For its renovation, an aesthetic and practical criterion has been applied in a spectacular way, resulting in a beautiful and very comfortable accommodation.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

The Apartment:

With capacity for four people, it is a perfect apartment. Decorated in line with the latest trends in terms of furniture or wall or floor design: French-style wooden furniture, very elegant striped wallpaper for the rooms, light grey tones and pastel colours.

Kitchen or bathroom with the latest design looking for elegance, practicality and the best equipment. The kitchen is incorporated into the living room to make good use of space and a high bar is used as a dining area with design stools. The living room, with a comfortable double sofa bed, is equally bright and has a balcony with insulating windows to avoid noise and preserve temperature.

The room is of good size, also with a nice balcony and good and large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has internet, Smart TV and all the equipment that may be needed. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking lot about 50 meters from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Very clean property. Quiet. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was visiting touring Madrid and location was accessible to things we were seeing.

Excelente estadía.

Todo. Es mi tercera o cuarta vez con MIT House, y seguiré repitiendo. La atención es rápidad e impecable. El departamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos diría que aún más espacioso. Muy cómodo, limpio y con mucha luz. Todo funciona a la perfección y el sistema de acceso a través de una aplicación brinda seguridad. El barrio es estupendo, cerca de todos los medios de transporte y con muchos bares y restaurantes. Los electrodomésticos son los de siempre, y siguen siendo muy antiguos (la cafetera, por ejemplo. Es hora de poner una nespresso!) Sería conveniente agregar cosas útiles como un mantel y servilletas, un taburete para poder coger las cosas que están en los estantes superiores, y quizás algún detalle de cortesía (botella de agua fría, fruta fresca, etc) como suelen hacer otros departamentos.

You're on your own

Our neighbors were uncontrollable partygoers; since there is not a manager in the property and management DOESN'T CARE after repeatedly denouncing the situation; the stay turned out to be very unpleasant. 3 very forgettable weekends in a row. The apartment was ok, but communicating with management or get them to follow up on comment we made about the apartment (broken items, missing things, else) was slow to non-existant
