As you enter through the front door you will enter into the lounge and
kitchen area. The patio doors will lead you to your private swimming
pool. The ground floor includes a toilet as well. Upstairs includes one
double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Great place but many issues electrics no microwave . Cables out of walls etc eyc etc. I could go on . Worst of all dirty pools. Wouldnt use it . Sorted after 9 days . Management non existent.

Eine schA¶ne Familienunternehmen, wo wir zum 2x mal unsern Urlaub gemacht haben Wir sind auch eine Familie 2x kleinkinder und wir als Eltern. Beautiful tranquil location, the Villa provided a lovely place to rest - enjoying a choice of private or shared swimming pool and space to relax as a family. Great location on the river, a 20 minute walk into town for public water taxis or private boat tours or to row across to Kaunos. Plenty of restaurant and cafe choices along the river and in town.

Thats what we got and wanted. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The price was fair for the days we stayed. Turkey has always been a great place for my family and me to visit. What can you say of the pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers-absolutely gorgeous!!! We also take the boat trip through the Dalyan river - was superb!!! Dalyan is a nice place with a lot of activities to offer for every age and peoples tastes. We met nice friendly people there and tasted almost all Turkish specialties. We spend a terrific holiday there and definitely, we are returning back for next year.

The photos actually dont do this place justice, its even better in person! We had plenty of space even though there were 4 of us. Hopefully, we will return next year. We highly recommend it. On those days that we wanted to stay home, we prepared huge family meals and have been able to tighten family ties.

We enjoyed Dalyan, the Turkish people, the villa, and the weather. With the two adjacent swimming pools, the on-site river restaurant, visit to the beach, and all the wonderful things that Turkey has to offer, our vacation could not go wrong. Would definitely recommend it. Lemon Chicken was gorgeous! Our lingering memory is the friendly locals. Modern, clean, and well decorated, a real home from home ( only wish our home was as nice ). The villa looks and sounds amazing but in reality, it exceeded my expectations.

We had the most amazing stay at Paradise Villas. The team is very friendly and helpful and the property is simply beautiful! Also, we were here for a work away and the internet connection worked almost flawlessly every day, Online Tools like Email, Chat , Calendar were no problem and even Video Calls were crystal clear. The food at the restaurant is really good, too. The cleanliness level is not spotless, but it matched our expectations and any add on demands we had would be fulfilled instantly.There is a private pool and a beautiful garden right by the river? Would always come back to stay at Paradise Villas!

We arrived at almost midnight and there was a staff member waiting to greet us with milk and water. We got on fabulously with the owners Ali, Tevjic who were a great help in suggestions on places to visit etc. We're going again next year

Small and almost perfectly formed

We enjoyed staying in the villa, and found it perfect for our needs. The only problem we had, was a broken patio door handle, which meant we were unable to lock or villa for the whole 2 weeks, despite the maintenance team knowing about during our booking in.

Schöner Urlaub

Es ist eine schöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr minimalistisch, aber um Frühstück selber zu machen ist es okay. Es gibt so viele Restaurants und günstig, dass eine Selbstversorgung gar nicht nötig ist. Wir würden gerne wieder dorthin. Die Betreuung in der Anlage war ebenfalls super und alle sehr hilfsbereit. Wunderschöne Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Fab location and relaxed stay

Fabulous few days , very relaxed stay. The Villa was exactly as described and the shared pool was brilliant for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay - they were on hand at all times when needed but not intrusive in any way - exactly as we wanted. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Fabulous location to eat breakfast next to the river watching the turtles. Would definitely return

Great Villa and fantastic location. Villa is well located in Turkey. Walking distance to bars and restaurants Yet still a Quiet location. The Villa itself is marvellous , clean well equipped , and spacious. We enjoyed our pool and love the idea that they were lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Lueke huiz met pool. Deze ruime villa met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers heeft ons onmiddellijk gecharmeerd. Smaakvol ingericht, compleet uitgerust met lueke bed- en badlinnen, versierd. Mooi zwembad en bijhorende poolhouse met BBQ. Enkel 15 minuutjes rijden naar Dalyan Harbour. . Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenares.
