This three-storey terrace cottage is situated in the town of Llandudno, Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Tramway Cottage is a wonderful three-storey terrace cottage located in Llandudno, Wales. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside, parking is free on a steep hill, and there is a balcony situated to the rear. Tramway Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a charming part of Wales. This property only accepts a minimum of three night bookings
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. 2 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, DAB radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available. Bike storage. Free roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Balcony to the rear accessed from double bedroom. One well-behaved dog allowed (to be kept downstairs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Steep drop to the road below. Note: The parking is free outside but on a steep hill therefore handbrake needs to be good. Note: Twin room has a sloping ceiling with reduced height at the sides. Note: Stairs inside the cottage are quite steep
