Additionally, there is a larger communal pool with adjacent kiddies’ pool all with free sun loungers and sun shades. This spacious apartment sleeps upto 5 and is well equipped to the highest standard with marble floors throughout and a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, spacious living, dining room with Italian style furnishings, leather sofas and 43 inch TV. This is a great size accommodation perfect for a family holiday and golf getaway.

Comfortable stay in Ojen/Marbella
Very comfortable, clean, quiet and spacy accommodation. This place is excellent for families who want real relaxing holiday without moving a lot, with access to almost completely private pools, but quite far from the amenities and the beach. Nearest beach and markets were about 18-20 mins drive one direction through very scenic, hilly and curvy roads. Not very suitable for teenagers who prefer more lively surroundings and outgoing. A nearby mini market would be very handy. On the more positive side, we had access to two pools, one smaller and very close to the property, 10 m and hardly ever used by anybody else. This pool was the best part of this stay. In addition, we had access to another bigger pool, further down in the development which was more crowded. Private parking slot in a spacy garage was very handy too and in particular in very hot weather. I should also mention that Peter, the property manager was very friendly, responsive and happy to help at any time. My boys had access to golf and tennis clubs for an extra fee.

My name is Peter. We own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 13 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. Our family from the UK are regular visitors - this is when we become "tourists" and visit the numerous attractions of the area.
We pride ourselves with the quality of our properties. We strive for perfection and are on hand to advise and assist customers during their stay. Many of our customers have become firm friends over the years and we have numerous returning clients.

Why they chose this property

We love the peace of this quite area. It is a UNESCO protected area of natural beauty with ancient oak and cork trees. An abundance of wildlife, birds and an array of seasonal wild flowers. Yet it is only 8 minutes by car to the Elviria commercial centre. Restaurants cafes shops and Banks all at hand. Close to the blue flag beaches with miles of golden sand.

What makes this property unique

We particularly enjoy the on site golf course, tennis, gym, spa area, and French Boules. There are spectacular sea and mountain views from the Club House restaurant/ bar terrace. The food is excellent and reasonably priced.
We can provide an IPTV entertainment system. The subscription includes TV Films Music and radio. In excess of 5000 worldwide TV Channels including 500 UK and Irish channes plus American and Canadian. Premium Interational Sports -Movies- Box sets - 1000s of Films on demand. Fast fibre wi fi internet makes the property home from home.
