(OVER 24 m2) Studio apartment consisting of bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and windows with partial sea view where it is also possible to admire the small external garden. It is located on the ground floor, and is accessed from the main entrance of the building passing in front of the reception. The apartment is perfect for a couple. From the main terrace you can reach the beach directly with the lift or external stairs.
