Our large luxurious group villa is so perfect for large groups of families and friends.
our villa is stunning and we can accommodate a max of 14 people plus babies in cots
Please contact me directly to discuss your group numbers and how they will fit in to our villa as it is so versatile i can show you with a pre done sleep plan how you will fit in with your group.
We are one of very few villas in Andalucia that has one ground floor accessible double bedroom with a wet room ensuite attached that is suitable for a wheelchair user or a person with limited mobility.
So many people charge extra if you need an access room and with us it is included in the price, its just part of our large villa.
We have wide doors, full access in to the communal areas and full access around the whole of the villa from the driveway.
When we say it is accessible we really do mean it!
We have a sleep plan that we work with you to accommodation your groups needs and the access room is number 4 on our plan.
If you are unsure if your group will fit in our villa do not hesitate to contact us and we will create a sleep plan for you with all the names from the info you give us so you can be sure it works. Our villa is so versatile it works for you all and we have cots for the kids to go in the bedrooms required.
If your looking for specialist items at the villa then there is a company on the coast that you can hire from to get delivered to us like a special bed or a hoist etc. We have a proper shower chair for you if needed and we can raise the bed with specialist feet plus all grab rails are in place.
Our group villa is perfect for you with us having this facility and we are so very versatile.

We are completely child friendly and also fully accessible for a wheelchair user with a ground floor bedroom and a ensuite wetroom.
For the kids we are so child friendly here you will be extremely happy. What we find is if the kids are happy so are the parents. We have a temporary pool fence we can put in place for your holiday if you have children so you can really relax as a parent.
Also all the patios and terraces are gated and we hold cots and high chairs on site.
The beauty of our villa is when its time for the kids to go to bed they can go to sleep and then its adult time(if your in a hotel you have to go to the balcony but hiring our villa gives you full adult time later in the evening). The layout of the villa is very special giving you privacy at bed time.
air con is in all the bedrooms
We have heating in the villa and air con so no matter what time of year you join us you will have all your needs met. The bedrooms have air con for the hot summer months and the heating is there for you in cooler months when its hot in the day but the evening temperatures drop.
You also have the most beautiful hot tub set at 39 degrees to just relax and watch the sunsets with a nice glass of wine and this is up and running all year round for you.
You can use the pool anytime of year as we have no restrictions and we have a cover on the pool that is easily removed by a roller out of the summer season.
The villa is set in an amazing location with fantastic views,close to all amenities with even a few tapas bars in walking distance and a small shop.Being only 10 minutes from the main motorway it is perfect for touring Malaga,Cordoba,Granada Seville.Every detail in this villa has been carefully thought about giving you that ultimate holiday of a lifetime and disabled access on the whole ground floor.
The villa is perfect for children as we really care and have ensured safety is priority here. We have a security fence for the swimming pool that we can pop in place for your group if you have small children so they can not enter the water without an adult.
All the terraces and patios are gated so adults can relax and have peace of mind.
We also have 3 double sofa beds to sleep a further 6 that are top quality.
We always advise our guests to take out comprehensive Travel Insurance just incase of any eventuality. We supply a letter of Cancellation for you if you need to cancel to claim from your insurance company.
We also advise our guests to ensure they have the GHIC if from the Uk or equivalent from around the World for your international health cover.
Set in two and a half acres there is an abundance of terraces,patio areas and pergolas to enjoy the perfect al fresco dining experience after a day of touring Andalucia or just relaxing in the sunshine.
We have our cinema room with a 60 inch tv with a sound bar and subwoofer with a hard drive packed with all the latest movies.Just shut the shutters put your feet up and get the popcorn out and you are in a cinema.

There is a beautiful pool fully fenced for kids safety,jacuzzi,games area,free WIFI and we can organise activities including a beautician for the day and kayaking/sailing on the beautiful Lake of Iznajar
The most exciting news is that we have a Chlorine free magna pool system installed!!!This is amazing-we are one of the first ever pools in Spain to have this system as it is brand new to this Country arriving over from Australia.The pool will run with crystals instead of Chlorine.

After searching all of Southern Spain on the coast and inland for around 8 years we eventually found our perfect location,Iznajar. You will see how gorgeous the area when you look at the video attached to this advert, to confirm a lot of renovations have been done since the making of this video but it gives you a great idea about our beautiful place and we will get a new video made as soon as possible.
We chose to buy here due its fantastic location and proximity to all the wonderful cities of Andalucia.
Our area is just steeped in History and before looking at the cities of Andalucia you really need to get the feel and the spell of Iznajar. You will literally fall in love with our village and we have the largest lake and beach of Andalucia here just 5 kms from our villa.
You have the best of both Worlds where you can enjoy our beautiful chlorine free pool and then go to our local beach and enjoy the lake.
You get the peace and tranquility of being inland but have all the benefits of the coast but you do not have the crowds. This is a place very special that people fall in love with year after year.

What makes this property unique
Our property is very unique to our area having the best facilities around including a large Chlorine free pool,hot tub and games area,cinema room unlimited wifi and perfect for a holiday any time of the year.
We also have a ground floor ensuite bedroom with wetroom for anyone who needs an access room. This is perfect for a weelchair user or someone in the family with limited mobility. So many places i see say they are accessible then i see shower cubicles or steps down and I can say here our room is totally flat for you with a very large open shower. We also supply a chair for the shower for you.
Air Con is in all bedrooms
Our hot tub is top of the range with jets,led lighting and a waterfall giving you the ultimate relaxation after a days touring.It runs at 39 degrees day and night all year round so perfect for the Winter months.
We have a wonderful cinema room with a 60 inch surround sound and subwoofer and many movies to choose from.
We also have a wonderful 18 mile lake and beach only 5 minutes drive away if you fancy a change to just relax in a heavenly enviroment. There is a lovely beach bar here too and you can hire kayaks , pedaloes and sail boats. You can also enjoy the lake boat trip.
Another unique feature is you actually get us in person. We work with you from the start of your enquiry and we meet you and show you the villa and are 5 minutes drive away if you need us for anything. Nowadays its all key in a box or a management company but we feel that personal service from the owners of 19 years is very important for you.
Our villa stands in a beautiful location and all Andalucian provinces are with in a 5 minutes drive. The A92 is minutes away where you can reach Granada, Cordoba,Seville and Malaga. We also have a ground floor ensuite bedroom with wetroom for anyone who needs an access room. This is perfect for a weelchair user or someone in the family with limited mobility. So many places i see say they are accessible then i see shower cubicles or steps down and I can say here our room is totally flat for you with a very large open shower. We also supply a chair for the shower for you.

Our hot tub is top of the range with jets,led lighting and a waterfall giving you the ultimate relaxation after a days touring.It runs at 39 degrees day and night all year round so perfect for the Winter months.
We have a wonderful cinema room with a 60 inch surround sound and subwoofer and many movies to choose from.
We also have a wonderful 18 mile lake and beach only 5 minutes drive away if you fancy a change to just relax in a heavenly enviroment. There is a lovely beach bar here too and you can hire kayaks , pedaloes and sail boats. You can also enjoy the lake boat trip.
Another unique feature is you actually get us in person. We work with you from the start of your enquiry and we meet you and show you the villa and are 5 minutes drive away if you need us for anything. Nowadays its all key in a box or a management company but we feel that personal service from the owners of 19 years is very important for you.
Our villa stands in a beautiful location and all Andalucian provinces are with in a 5 minutes drive. The A92 is minutes away where you can reach Granada, Cordoba,Seville and Malaga.
