About this property
A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY LODGE IN PERTHSHIRE, SCOTLAND -SLEEPS 6
Rannagulzion Lodge is a self-catering detached lodge house, excellently refurbished in 2019. It’s a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends surrounded by amazing scenery. The interior has been furnished in calming colours combined with the essential character of the house, deep sills, sloping ceilings and a scullery neatly opened up to make a well functioning kitchen with all the mod cons. It has an enclosed sunny courtyard which separates the main part of the house from the second living/dining space, ideal for get together inside or a barbecue outside.
The Cataran trail is right on your doorstep and a great way to explore the local area on foot.. Fishing and Shooting can be arranged on request.

About the host
Hosted by Mrs Veronica Bruce-Rowlands

Formative years was spent outside the UK but attended university here, lived and worked in various organisations in the City of London and Westminster as an Executive Private Personal Assitant.for 37 years.
I believe that my Scottish ancestry pulled us over here. Our son still lives in London and works there.
My good half, my solid rock, is an Economics Engineer, speaks fluent German and some Spanish. We are very pleasant, peaceful happy people who believe in harmony because Life is just too short so our Motto is: Live and lets Live. We always endeavour to be helpful and kind as much as we can but quite private as well albeit approachable.

Why they chose this property
Owing to my Scottish ancestry(albeit do not look anything Scottish), we have holidayed here many times and met with the head of my family and clan. I have always had the urge to relocate up here. Scottish people are very nice and kind when you get to know them. I love the environment and all that it has to offer, especially the natural beauty, Deer, Pheasants, Red Squirrels, the different species of birds - Falcons, Bussons, Starlights, etc the Drimmie Burn, the landscape, few wild animals like Cats and Foxes etc. The views are just so amazing. We have Clean mountain air to breathe, changes of season - we at times have all 3 in one day. The beauty it offers can never be bought. Pure and natural. Ah we have the pleasure of being delighted and having the satisfaction of seeing the rare occasional sightings of 'the Eagle' the graceful, powerful, mesmerising amazing soaring Eagle. We cant's ask for more really! We are happy and all our neighbours are great.
What makes this property unique
We are situated on top of Glen Ericht and taking a walk around the area really makes you see how beautiful and wonderful the whole environmment is. Our house is not far from the Lodge and we have the most amazing views that money can never buy. It is just plain awesome. On a good clear day, one can see the Lomond hills from my bedroom window. I never get bored just sitting and staring out of the window at such beauty of the Glen, looking at the falling snow right now, all white around us and so peaceful, even the rain and the glorious sunshine especially in the summer months when it sets so late, at times at 10.45 pm, the scenery is just oh so magical which everyone should experience.
