Nice relaxing stay in a nice warm apartment

Accommodation, facilities, location. was disappointed that there was dog poo in the yard, i did report it but the poo is still there

Totally different to the pictures and not very comfortable

I have always had good experiences with Vrbo and enjoyed staying in various properties. I have never had an experience quite like this one. Firstly, I was expecting a beautiful basement apartment - like the description and pictures displayed. However, I received a small, first floor apartment with a tiny couch full of springs and two beds - with thin and lumpy mattresses. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely weak and there was no Netflix. This made working very difficult and it was impossible to sit comfortably on the couch to watch anything. To add to all of this, the door lock was extremely stiff and opened occasionally by itself. And, the battery was gone in the fire alarm therefore for 3 days we were treated to incessant beeping. I did reach out to the management but they did not bother to respond. It was a disappointing stay and it was not relaxing as we had hoped it to be.

We came with the kids and had a lovely stay. Place was clean & spacious. Kids loved the en suite free standing bath.

Lovely apartment. Gorgeous bath. I will be staying again.

I originally booked Mon to Fri for myself my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Due to train strikes I couldn't get there until Tues and my daughter and youngest grandchild didn't end up coming. So there was just me and my teenage grandson. Entrance to apartment needs more lighting outside in the evening,but apart from that I thought it was lovely. We both enjoyed our stay.it was very homely. The gorgeous bath in the master bedroom was stunning. I will be staying again. I didn't want to leave.
