Luxury 3 Bdr 2 Bthr Apartment in Heritage Building

Summary:
Centrally located in Paris, in a Heritage Building, this apartment is steeped in history. It features unique Versailles-style ceilings with moldings and golf leaf, that were surprisingly hidden under a false ceiling, and discovered by chance during the renovation works of the apartment. The place was entirely refurbished, to combine historic grandeur with contemporary comfort and design. Last but not least : the apartment features its own balcony looking over the iconic rue Etienne Marcel.

The Space:
The apartment includes:
1 Living room
1 Dining room with seating for 10
1 Fully equipped kitchen
2 Shared bathrooms (one with shower and toilet, one with bathtub and toilet)
1 Private bathroom (see below)
No separate toilet

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, no toilet)
Bedroom 2 with a double bed
Bedroom 3 with a double bed
Living room: convertible sofa bed for two persons.

The apartment is ideal for 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
A/C, High speed Wifi, TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair if needed

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The staircase leading to it is located on a mezzanine, after about ten steps. To facilitate access with your luggage, you will also find an elevator on the ground floor. The access video will guide you to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very central and lively neighborhood of Paris. The apartment is located at walking distance from iconic landmarks (Louvre, Champs-Elysées, Notre Dame). It is also very near the Marais district, the ideal place to enjoy Paris boutique shops, trendy cafes and restaurants, and explore the historic center of Paris.

Getting Around:
2 minutes walk to : Etienne Marcel station: LINE 4.
5 minutes walk to : Châtelet les halles stations: LINE 1, 4, 7, 14 / RER A / RER B / RER D

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
