Welcome to your authentic Parisian home, perfectly located in the heart of Paris, a few minutes walk from the most famous monuments in the world, such as the Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris.
Historic and listed (1860), your building invites you to experience the history of Paris.
The apartment has been designed for travelers seeking peace and comfort. From furniture to equipment, the apartment is ready to make you feel right at home.

The Space:
The apartment is composed of:
- 1 Living room
- 1 dining room with a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate 12 people

5 rooms distributed as follows:
- 1 Master suite with its private bathroom
- 4 standard bedrooms
- 1 living room which can be transformed into a bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed
- 3 bathrooms
- 2 classic bathrooms with shower
- 1 classic bathroom with bathtub and WC
- 1 separate WC

The apartment is comfortable to accommodate 10 people and a maximum of 12 people.

Bedding is organized as follows, bed linen and towels are provided:
Bedroom 1 - Master - with a queen size bed and a Palace range mattress
Bedroom 2 with a double bed and a Palace range mattress
Bedroom 3 with a double bed and a Palace range mattress
Bedroom 4 with a double bed and a Palace range mattress
Bedroom 5 with a double bed and a Palace range mattress

Guest Access:
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor with elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
City of lights, city of museums, city of love, Paris is everything you could desire. Enjoy the charm of the Seine, just outside of your apartment and the long walk along the river where you can admire the marvelous Notre Dame de Paris and the Ile de la Cité. For a lunch break, or coffee break The Marais neighborhood is perfect to discover the small streets of Paris, hiding shops, restaurants and bakeries.

Getting Around:
3 minutes: Châtelet Line 4, 1, 11, 14
5 minutes: Pont neuf Line 7
Parking around: 2 Rue Boucher, 75001 Paris

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
