We have had a wonderful time in this great place, where we felt at home the minute we arrived.
As soon as you enter the apartment, your gaze wanders over to the large terrace, which offers an outstanding view of the port of Palau and the Maddalena Archipelago. We spent hours looking down, sipping coffee or wine (depending on the time of day) and discovering new things. When the view is clear you are even able to see Corsica!
The apartment itself is really spacious, clean and bright. There are windows in every room so you can enjoy this breathtaking view from nearly everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you wish for. There is even an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a BBQ, which we unfortunately had no time to use.
The location of the apartment is perfect, too: two supermarkets just around the corner (2 minutes by foot) and in walking distance to the center of Palau with lots of shops, restaurants, and the market on Friday! Very comfortable is also the shaded private parking lot in front of your door. If it is too windy you have the opportunity to spend time in the private garden and relax on the sunbeds, which is also a plus.
It was just the perfect location for us to explore the north of Sardinia and the Costa Smeralda. There are lots of great beaches and places we were able reach within a short driving distance.
Mika is a great host and was very helpful and caring! There is no question: we will definitely come back!!!
