The house is divided into four levels:

Level -2 (115m2) has direct access to the hallway and has a rear entrance which is close to the river. A table tennis table is situated at this level along with a spa pool, sauna, toilet and showers

Level -1: (205m2) consists of 2 parts, namely, for 1/2 its surface a private apartment intended for the owner and second part of the utility rooms consisting of cellars, boiler room and laundry.

The ground floor (205m2) has direct access to the avenue Du Roc de l'estang consists of 2 bedrooms, a TV lounge , dining room with American Kitchen and the 39m2 course with barbecue .

The first floor (166m2) contains 4 bedrooms, a small living room, a utility room and two wonderful terraces overlooking the Orb.

Anniversaire à Roquebrun

Weekend entre amis/famille très agréable. Le village est charmant, la rivière en contrebas de la maison compense le manque d'extérieur. La maison en elle même est très grande et les commodités dans chaques chambres très appréciable. Je recommande.

15 jours de vraies vacances!

Très beau séjour dans un endroit magnifique et une belle et vaste maison avec piscine intérieure et sauna. Nigel a toujours été présent pour répondre aux tout petits soucis ou interrogations. Petit point à améliorer? Le wifi (il fallait bien en trouver un). Tout notre groupe famille/amis rcommande cette maison!

Superbe habitation

Maison grand confort (il y a tout, bonne literie, une sdb par chambre, une piscine, des Jeux pour les enfants, des DVD, CD et une chaîne hi-fi à défaut de la télé, table ping-pong...), proximité de la rivière pour baignade, proximité des commerces, et surtout une gentillesse et disponibilités des hôtes.
