Your group will enjoy gathering at A Smoky Hideaway cabin in the great room with gas fireplace or as a group in the home theater room with surround sound, tiered seating and 9 foot theater screen with projector. The upper level game room with pool table, foosball, classic arcade game with 200+ games and wet bar provides a great entertainment room. Relax on your covered deck on a porch rocker or soak in the 101 degree hot tub.

5 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeper sofa and DVD and TV's in each bedroom and sitting area. For your convenience, this cabin is also equipped with a washer and dryer and full kitchen including toaster, mixer, blender, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Elk Springs was very disappointing. Upon arrival, beds and couches were covered in crumbs. We were told it would be cleaned the next day, however housekeeping did not fully clean the couch and did not replace the bedding, rather left it for me to replace. Since we had checked in late, we weren't able to see the cabin in the light of day until the next morning. It was filthy. Crumbs everywhere, gunk on floors, dirty cabinets, mold in the cabinet with pots and pans, etc. The arcade game did not work properly and needed to be reset throughout the stay, even then with limited functionality. The theater technology is very outdated. There were ants everywhere. Stay elsewhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was overall very nice, and the cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was that since we stayed during Christmas, there was no Christmas tree or holiday décor in the cabin. It would have been really nice if this had been offered as an option during the holiday season, as it would have added to the experience.Another concern was the check-in and check-out times. I never quite understood the late check-in and early check-out policy. Ideally, the times should align better, or if the cabin is already ready, guests should be allowed to check in earlier. Some travelers prefer not to wait until the last minute to reach their destination, especially when traveling long distances.Aside from these points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall comfort of the cabin.

This cabin was the replacement cabin and was better than the original one rented. The location was a little farther away from the venue, but very close to all attractions. Very quiet area. Good privacy for bedrooms and lots of bathrooms attached. Would recommend for families staying together.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the cabin was very nice. Only problems was the high number of Japanese beetles inside the house, they were everywhere. Also the big game machine was hard to understand and didn't work on some games. We loved the theater room. If these problems are addressed it would be a perfect place to stay.

Beautiful setting in the Smokies

The accommodations were well suited for our large family. The cabin was located in good proximity of downtown Gatlinburg and many other attractions. Was disappointed that the arcade system wasn’t working and it took two maintenance calls to get the home theatre up and running. Our calls were responded to quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful and an adjustment was made due to the issues we had. Overall, our family had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: Everything in the cabin was as described the winding narrow roads were a challenge due to the rain and the parking was terrible and we only had a van and one small car we also couldn't figure out the arcade game even after following the directions posted on the wall.Traveling with seniors and having them on the main level was great but it should be a king size bed in that room

Thank you for the feedback. Some of the roads in the area can be a little tricky. We have everything noted and will send to the proper departments for review. It has been a pleasure and we hope that despite any issues that you were still able to enjoy your time while in our beautiful area!

Unacceptable

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed
