Welcome to 41V3 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge in Manta Rota, ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing experience by the sea. This 3-story house, with 120m², comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, offering a welcoming, functional, and fully equipped environment.



On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining room that opens to the exterior. The external area has a covered zone with an awning, barbecue, sink, table and chairs facing east, ideal for outdoor meals. At the entrance of the property, facing west, there is a pergola with a parking space inside the gate.



On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (one being en suite) and one with two single beds, ensuring comfort and rest for all guests. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with a corner shower and another with a bathtub for common use. One of the bedrooms has a generous west-facing balcony.



The attic offers a terrace with the total area of the dwelling, providing a fantastic view of the sea.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi internet, and the entire dwelling is equipped with air conditioning for comfort in any season of the year.



On the outside, in addition to the dining area, there is garden furniture and a barbecue, making the space perfect for social moments. Pets are welcome, and there is free parking within the property.



The location is privileged: Praia da Lota is just 100-200 meters away, with direct access via a wooden pedestrian walkway. Ria Formosa is 2 km away, and near Vila Nova de Cacela there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, ATMs and public transportation. For golf lovers, Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei golf courses are a short distance away, and Faro airport is located just 60 km away.

Casa espaçosa e muito perto da praia!

Localização, dimensão da casa A casa em si poderia ter menos artigos dos donos pois é um alojamento que permite animais mas tem imensa decoração que pode ser facilmente partida e apesar de ter áreas ótimas tem todas as divisões com demasiada mobília para casa que é alugada para férias. Deveria ter menos mobília e decoração que a tornava ainda mais ampla e prática para quem a aluga e não ter a preocupação se os animais irão estragar algo como o sofá de pele…

Perfeito

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, é uma casa extremamente confortável e espaçosa. O espaço do quintal é ótimo para pegar sol e ouvir os pássaros. A casa fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia e em algumas noites ouvia-se o som do mar. A rua é muito calma e segura. Voltaria novamente.

MORADIA MUITO BOA

Casa bem equipada, electrodomésticos de boa qualidade e totalmente funcionais, incluindo um LCD de boas dimensões. Estacionamento próprio com cobertura é uma vantagem. Poderiam fazer uma revisão à loiça existente adequando-a à lotação da casa, por exemplo só tinha 3 chávenas de café utilizáveis e era expectável que tivesse copos para várias finalidades como por exemplo vinho. Como em muitas das outras casas da área falta o wifi e a TV apenas oferece canais da TDT e muitos outros mas estes em castelhano. Não sendo problema da casa a não inclusão das roupas de cama penaliza a avaliação.
