Welcome to Sunrise Beach 2008!
We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 2008 because it is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We’ve even included free beach service from March through October! We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment.

Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 55” FLAT SCREEN TV with DVD and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower
-The second bedroom has a KING bed and a 55" FLAT SCREEN TV with DVD
-The second bath has a combination tub/shower
-The kid-friendly bunk room has a twin over full bunk with a 24” FLAT SCREEN TV
-There’s wireless internet access throughout the unit
-There is a full-size washer & dryer conveniently located in the unit

This place was exactly as advertised! The view was spectacular. The condo is very updated. I would suggest that it Needs more seating in living area and we noticed the start of black mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom. Otherwise, this place was perfect. The pool was nice, too. We will likely try this place again next year!

Great Fall Break!

This was sorta last minute in planning our Fall Break and it worked out great! My girls and I loved the condo and location. Made some good memories and relaxed. Chair service was great too. We will be back!

Pictures of the property are spot on. Rooms were plenty big enough and the location was great. Property had the basics taken care of upon arrival but could really use a good deep cleaning. Would definitely consider this property for future stays.

Amazing vacation

Balconies overlooked the gulf. Steps away from the water. Sounds of rushing waves were so peaceful. Very spacious accomodations. Starter supplies provided. Only constructive comment is the living room couch fabric showed signs of wear. Great accomodations.

Amazing Family Vacation

We came down to stay for a week. The check in process was amazingly easy and the condo was perfect! We had 8 of us for a couple of days because our daughters met up with us for a bit. There was plenty of room for us all. The view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. It was awesome for the fireworks show on the 4th. You could look to the left and watch or look to the right and see them! We took the family deep sea fishing on Family Traditions charter boat! We caught a mess of fish and had the best time! The crew were just so amazing and helpful! The food at the restaurants was delicious! So much to do and so many places to eat all within walking distance! Walmart is just a short trip away to pick up your necessary groceries when you arrive. The condo was beautiful and easily accessible. I brought our own air fryer and electric skillet, but they had plenty of pots and pans. We bought and used paper plates just for easy cleanup.

It was a best room I have stayed at since I been staying at this property but the only thing I didn’t like was I had to pay for beach chairs and etc… I have never had to do this before. By all mean, that was the only thing I have upset about. Everything else was excellent!!

Nice place to stay

This was such a hassle free and easy vacationing experience. The room was ready early and very nice. Plenty of bedding and amazing views of the beach! The furniture on the balcony was top notch and much appreciated bc we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We were very impressed with the room and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Parking was very convenient. The only issue we had was it said to call a number upon departure of leaving the unit and I never could get ahold of anyone. We were out before checkout time, but couldn’t get an answer. Thanks for a great week at PCB!

I wouldn’t book again

Rude as hell! Not very clean. We found roaches. Parking (in the description) said free. We had to register our vehicles when we got there and we’re charged $40 per vehicle. Had to be evacuated twice within an hour right at bedtime. I didn’t enjoy our stay there.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately, this room did not meet our standards. We had to call and get our condo recleaned. Our feet were black front walking around. We had to wear shoes in the room the whole stay. There were multiple things that did not work or things that were broken. The bottom of the refrigerator had a piece coming off. The microwave light did not work. The master bathroom had water damage and needs resealed. There were black hairs all over the bathroom when we arrived. Again- called for cleaning. There are so many rules at this property, you can tell that the people who usually stay there have caused problems. The company we booked through, however, were very kind and helpful during the entire process. We would book through them again in a different city and room.

Great Vacation

My brother and I vacation a couple times a year in PCB. We really like Sunrise Beach Resort because of its location and accessible parking. This unit was on the 20th floor and had a fabulous view. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything you need for your stay. The master bed room mattress was very comfortable! The other rooms were comfy too. I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer. There was only one in the condo and it was not made for thick wet hair. The master bath was a combo shower/soaker tub. Getting in and out of it was tricky because of the height of the tub. Water pressure was wonderful. There was a full size dryer which was great and handled our beach towels when we came in from a long day at the beach. The condo had tile or laminate flooring throughout making for each clean up of any sand tracked in. My only complaints about this unit are the cable tv and wifi. You can get decent wifi connectivity at certain times in the morning but not in the afternoon or evening. I had a hotspot with me so it didn't impact me. The Xfinity cable programs worked fine on the main tv but not in any of the bedrooms. If you chose a tv channel other than a local station in the bedrooms the TV would drop the station and reset Xfinity making it impossible to watch. I wonder if this was because we were on such a high floor. Since I had no trouble falling asleep it didn't make an impact on my vacation. I love PCB and I would definitely rent this condo again...or maybe one on a lower floor if I need better internet.
