The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee

Grand appartement, propre en surface, mais pas entretenu. Mauvaise aération, salpêtre sur les murs, traces de moisi dans les salles de bains, murs défraîchis, .... Amenagements : cuisine sans l'essentiel des instruments (la porte du four racle le mur. La grille ne peut pas être enlevée. Le robinet de l'évier pas scellé .... tout a l'avenant. La télevision, ce n'est pas mieux ! Et le bruit de la rue : sous un feu tricolore; et l'appartement est au niveau de la machinerie de l'ascenseur. On en connait tous les mouvements.

Suciedad, deterioro, humedad

Ha sido horrible, nos encontramos detrás del sofá y una de las camas botellas vacías y papeles tirados. Los baños con humedades, en uno de ellos ni siquiera lo podías usar porque el agua se colaba hasta el pasillo y en los demás los sumideros no tragaban. El congelador estaba abierto y roto por la gran cantidad de hielo que se acumulaba. Un completo desatre.
