We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

NB: The property is situated in a noisy street.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Great location

Would stay there again. Great location. Only concern was the cleanliness of the furniture. Rooms clean, sheets clean, etc.

Nice, large place with a central location.

Firstly, we were fine, but for many people, all those steps might be an issue. I think the listing should emphasize it is a 4 story walk up. It is a very large apartment. It is on a noisy road and light sleepers might be disturbed by the noise. The secondary windows don't have latches - if they were functional, I'm sure it would be quieter. The sofa should really be replaced or have a slipcover placed on it - it's off white and has stains. Hairdryers should be replaced. There is plenty of hot water for showers! It's difficult to find an apartment where each bedroom has its own bathroom so that is a huge plus! It was an enjoyable visit and we felt the apartment was a good value!
