The apartment is located in a villa on the 1st floor, with access from an external staircase; it has a tree-lined courtyard, fenced and with access from two gates shared with another apartment. In the courtyard it will also be possible to park your car.
The apartment, nicely furnished, has a beautiful terrace facing the sea, with a lunch area. It is composed as follows: dining room, double bedroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds, a bathroom and kitchen. There are several sandy beaches that can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
A few kilometers away is the famous Biderrosa oasis and the award-winning beach of Berchida

Schöne Lage am Strand, saubere Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und auch der Wohnung. Da wir nicht mobil waren, hat uns der Vermieter zeitweise ein Fahrrad überlassen. Die Einkaufsmärkte sind nur schwer zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war angemessen ausgestattet. Der Strand war direkt vor der Tür und man hatte die Wahl zwischen Sandstrand und Steinstrand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa con bellissima vista a pochi passi dal mare, spaziosa e luminosa.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bimbi) abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa dal 5 al 19 agosto 2018. Sono state due settimane splendide, questa casa ha una vista impagabile e dotata di tutti i comfort. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. A pochi metri una spiaggia bellissima sia di scogli che di sabbia inoltre la casa è in posizione strategica per visitare tra le più belle spiagge della zona (Oasi di Bidderosa, Berchida, Capo Comino ecc...). Sicuramente torneremo in futuro.
