Cosy ground floor apartment in a quiet location, 5 min walk from a very nice, sandy beach, close to a supermarket, several restaurants and other amenities. Strategically located in a traditional Sardinian village close to the local beach with many other famous beaches nearby (Capo Comino, Berchida). Bathroom recently refurbished, new air conditioning system, fully furnished including cot bed for small children, outstanding outdoor space, external shower, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, parking.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und gut ausgestattet. Man kann sogar zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Der Strand ist für einen oder zwei Tage ganz ok. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden 4,5 Sterne geben. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass die Insektenschutz-Gitter alle kaputt sind und das Geschirr eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen könnte.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern war es optimal. Es gibt einen schönen Außenbereich, eine Außendusche, einen Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Ein schöner Strand ist nur 300 Meter entfernt und auch eine gut Eisdiele direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge genutzt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

appartamento completo di tutto a San Giovanni

Comunicazione con il proprietario prontissima tramite mail, arrivato sul posto ci ha accolto subito il referente del posto contattato via telefono. Appartamento comodissimo con ampi spazi per tutte le necessità di una famiglia con bambini. Appartamento come da descrizione e forse meglio. San Giovanni di sera non offre molto ma è a 5 minuti da La Caletta. Il mare dei dintorni è stupendo , quindi posizione ideale sia per rilassarsi che per andare alle principali ad spiagge. Consigliatissimo

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Sehr netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter, der viele Tipps und Hinweise gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen: 35 Autominunten zum Flughafen Olbia 10 Autominunten ins Gebirge 5 Gehminunten zum Strand in San Giovanni Weitere schöne Strände in 5 bis 20 Autominunten zu erreichen. Perfekte Lage, um die Gegend zu erkunden und schnell mal an den Strand zu gehen. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Betreuung vor Ort. Ausstattung (insbes. Klimaanlage und Grill ) gut.

Perfect appartment for families - Strongly reccomended!

We are a family with 2 kids stayed 2 weeks in this property in Posada and we loved it. We The apartment is luminous, there is a lot of space and a big patio in the shadows where to have breakfast and meals. Both kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. The see is 5 minutes away by foot as well as 3 restaurants a bar and a small supermarket. The host is nice, helpful aand responsive. A great holiday, strongly reccomended!

Estupenda casa de verano a 1 minuto de la playa, viviendo el más puro estilo italiano!

La casa tiene una entrada de ensueño con una barbacoa ideal para cocinar carne de un supermercado de la zona recién cortada y marisco, y una ducha en la entrada con el agua fresquita para quitarte la arena de la playa. A la casa no le falta de nada, hasta lavavajillas, un frigorífico bien grande, que casi congela las cervezas Peroni, Moretti o Ichnusa!, todos los utensilios que necesites están; tiene un parque también interior y un cuarto de lavandería independiente ideal para hacer y tender la colada, así como para cenar. Las habitaciones están limpias y los colchones son nuevos y cómodos, hay mosquiteras, el baño parece de hotel, el agua sale a presión de chorro, caliente que quema y fría que hiela. Lo más amplio es el salón cuarto de estar, con un agradecido aire acondicionado de mucha potencia que enfría la habitación en unos minutos cuando afuera el sol parte las piedras, con su tele de plasma y su DVD preparados. Pero es que además está ubicada en un punto estratégico, ya que Sardegna es bien grande y el litro de gasolina sale a 1,67 Eur. Yendo hacia el norte se tarda 45 minutos en ir a la zona de Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, 1 hora a la famosa zona de la Maddalena y Costa Esmeralda. Son las zonas más conocidas, pero yo aconsejo especialmente ir a la playa de La Cinta en San Teodoro, es arena blanca como la Rep-. Dominicana y agua fresquita, para mí la mejor playa, recorriendo todo un istmo, está a media hora de la casa. También aconsejo ir al Parque nacional Golfo degli Orosei, en el interior, es verde como Costa Rica, y tiene pueblos y caminos inexplorados, una aventura. Conducir la SS 125 es de película, y bajar desde Lanusei a Albatax y luego a Muravera, te lleva todo el día, pero se agradece la belleza de esos parajes, una zona deshabitada salvaje tipo cabo de Gata. Hacia el sur, a 45 minutos, también no hay que perderse la Cala Gonone, que tiene un paseo marítimo de ensueño italiano, con restaurantes y "gelaterie" de rechupete, y en especial pasar el día en la Cala de Fuili, y quien tenga ganas de trekking, una ruta desde esta cala Fuili, de 2 horas ida, y 2 vuelta a Cala Luna, ESPECTACULAR. En Cerdeña no encontraréis ni torres de hoteles, ni grandes superficies comerciales salvo en Olbia, Sácer y Cagliari, las casitas son todas bajas, los restaurantes pequeñines y con gusto. Eso sí quitando la super strada que hace como una Y en la isla. El resto de carreteras puedes tardar hora y media en hacer 100kms. Bellissimo!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Sie ist geräumig, sauber und hat viele moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie bspw. Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Föhn, Kinderbett für unsere Tochter etc., sodass wir uns im Urlaub nicht gross umstellen mussten. Das Haus ist vom Stil her typisch südländisch aber auch sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Wir haben gerne drinnen oder draussen auf der Terasse in dem grünen Gärtchen gefrühstückt. Für die zwei Wochen war es unser eigenes kleines Häuschen und Paradies.

vacanze fantastiche

Che soggiorno fantastico! La casa è bellissima, curata, accogliente, fresca e dotata di tutto ciò che ti occorre per trascorrere una vancanza in tranquillità. Direi anche che la posizione è perfetta: puoi raggiungere a piedi una grande e poco affollata spiaggia, puoi godere di sera di un piacevole silenzio e da qui puoi partire alla scoperta di belissime spiagge nei dintorni. Consiglio questo appartamento, anzi direi porzione di villetta, a tutti!

DOVEVAMO RIMANERE DI PIU'

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni in questo appartamento, ma direi più un mini villino, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L' appartamento puo' accoglire tranquillamente 5 persone, noi eravamo in due e ci siamo stati alla grande, è fornito di tutto l'occorente per viverci. La zona è tranquilla, all'interno è fresco e di sera si sta benissimo e ci si può rilassare nei porticati all'ingresso o psteriore, Situato a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia. Il proprietario è una persona disponibile e gentile, tanto che ci ha fatto stare quasi una giornata in più senza chiederci un sovraprezzo. Mia moglie mi sta rimproverando perchè siamo tornati a casa invece di rimanere qualche giorno in più. Consigliatissimo.
