Good for our short visit.

Not near a lot of shops or restaurants (mostly our own fault for not researching enough)but the train station was just a couple minute walk up the hill. Comfortable heavy bedding was nice as it was cold during our stay. It worked out well for our quick visit.

Heel aardige gastheer, werden van te voren gebeld dat we ook eerder konden komen. Goede ontvangst, appartement met de gastheer bekeken. Het appartement is eenvoudig maar bijna van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij gebruiken in onze drankjes vrij veel ijsklontjes, in de koelkast zit geen vriesvakje, wat wij een gemis vonden. Verder was het appartement zeer schoon. De omgeving, wij hebben veel gewandeld, is geweldig, zeker als je uit het vlakke westen komt. Je waant je echt in het buitenland. Ook een voordeel is, dat er naast de deur een geweldig restaurant, De Kleine Koning te vinden is. Ik raad dit appartement ten zeerste aan, zeer goede uitvalbasis voor mooie wandelingen.

Wij werden door de vriendelijke eigenaar hartelijk ontvangen en hij gaf uitleg over de zeer schone eenvoudige woning waar alles wat we nodig hadden wel aanwezig was . Men kan hier rustig wandelen of met de auto door de mooi heuvelachtige omgeving rijden of de mooie steden zoals Valkenburg of Maastricht bezoeken.
