Welcome to De Zagerij, a charming and spacious holiday home in Rendeux, Belgium, once a historic sawmill powered by a waterwheel. Nestled beside a small stream, this unique property consists of two separate houses, each with its own living room, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups traveling together.

Ideal for nature lovers, scenic walks begin right at your doorstep. Enjoy day trips to picturesque towns like Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Hotton, Dinant, and Rochefort. Whether you're exploring the Ardennes or relaxing indoors, De Zagerij is your perfect base.

Inside, the home is warm and inviting with heating and a cozy fireplace. Enjoy amenities such as board games, table football, and a bar in the left house. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but ashtrays are provided at outdoor exits. Waste is sorted into two bins, black for general waste and green for compost, and collected every Tuesday. Parking is available on-site. Please respect the peaceful setting: refrain from using the radio after 20:00. For safety reasons, electric vehicles must not be charged via the domestic power network; doing so may incur extra costs.

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
