This enchanting 5-bedroom holiday home is perfect for a group to spend some time together. Located in St Vith of Ardennes region, this property can host up to 12 guests with great ease. This child-friendly home features a furnished garden to enjoy your morning cuppas with a view._x000D_

The home is centrally located between Germany and Luxembourg and is an excellent operating base for day trips. A river is only a few steps away from the stay, and from the creek, you may take a long walk through the woods in the forest just 1000 m away. The local grocers and restaurants are 8 km away from the home._x000D_

The holiday home has kept its authentic atmosphere keeping the interiors fully modern to meet the needs of the guests. From the ground floor, you walk onto the terrace and into the garden. There is a balcony across the full length of the house on the top floor. Kids are provided with a high chair and children's bed for a comfortable stay.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
