We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Home in Gemmenich! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a cozy retreat, We especially loved the private terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee while soaking in the stunning forest views, The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the town center where we found delightful dining options, The kids had a blast playing in the garden and riding the bicycles provided, Overall, a fantastic place to unwind in nature!

Zeer tevreden huisje is erg netjes meneer di het verhuurd erg vriendelijk. Wel enkel frans maar goed te doen. Huisje is schoon en wordt God onderhouden alles voorradig enige wat mist is de magnetron/oven dergelijke. Wij hadden slecht weer maar het was er lekker warm haard stond al te branden toen we aankwamen absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. Plus overal dichtbij dit landen punt Duitsland Nederland België. Een klein uitje naar Spa ninglingspo en mooie natuur gebieden ook al zijn die je er om het huisje ook.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus mit schöner Aussicht. Das Parken ist etwas steil, aber machbar. Die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge. Der Holzofen sorgt für eine schöne Atmosphäre im Haus. Die Betten waren bequem und es war wunderbar ruhig. Der Besitzer ist ein freundlicher Mann, der nur Französisch spricht, aber mit Händen und Füßen kommt man weit. Es gab Spiele und viele Informationen über die Gegend. Das Haus war sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung. Es gibt weder einen Backofen noch eine Mikrowelle. Das Einzige, was mir wirklich gefehlt hat, war eine Teekanne!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus und liegt an einer schönen Stelle im Park, allerdings ist auf dem Foto vor dem Haus nur wenig Vegetation zu sehen, diese ist aber mittlerweile zu viel geworden und muss aufgrund der Sonne auf der Terrasse und zurückgeschnitten werden im Haus, um sie an kalten Tagen fernzuhalten. Für ältere Menschen wie uns hätten wir uns ein höheres Bett, eine Seniorentoilettenhöhe, keine niedrigen Stühle gewünscht und deshalb die Gartenstühle genutzt. Das Wohnzimmer könnte einen guten und sparsamen Elektroherd für Leute haben, die keinen Holzofen befeuern möchten.

Wir haben eine Wochenmitte gebucht, um die Gegend mit dem Motorrad zu erkunden. Das Haus entsprach unseren Wünschen. Alles war ordentlich und ordentlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Endabrechnung verliefen reibungslos. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem haben wir für jede Person ein Handtuchpaket vom Haus bestellt. Darf ich auf eines hinweisen? Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ein Bettwäschepaket zu bestellen. Das würde ich auf jeden Fall begrüßen, da wir als Motorradfahrer nur wenig Gepäckraum haben. Darüber hinaus bin ich sehr positiv gestimmt und wenn ich diesen Weg noch einmal mit dem Motorrad fahre, werde ich hier wieder ein Haus buchen.

Also kein Wasser und natürlich funktioniert die Toilettenspülung nicht. Was dazu führte, dass wir fünf ein Problem hatten ... Alle hatten große Bedürfnisse... es war ein Horror... das werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen..... Außerdem ist es ein veraltetes Haus. Wenn jemand auf die Toilette geht, hören wir es gut. Das oberste Stockwerk quietscht bei jedem Schritt. Was uns die ganze Zeit wach hielt

Wunderschön mit einem Makel

Lage top, Erreichbarkeit top, Ausstattung top (super Ofen, super Töpfe und Geschirr), gute Betten, viele Bettdecken, soweit recht sauber, einziger Makel war der kellerartige feuchte Geruch, der uns empfing und trotz lüften und Ofenwärme nicht weg ging.
