Het ons jammer genoeg slecht bevallen. Bij aankomst zat de huissleutel gewoon in de deur, moesten eigenaresse opbellen om vragen te stellen zoals hoe werkt de kachel? De kachel in de grootste slaapkamer werkte niet en ventilatie boven kookfornuis stonk verschrikkelijk bij gebruik. Kregen de indruk dat er geen liefde of passie aan het appartement wordt gegeven (appartement heeft veel gebreken). De tuin moest gesnoeid worden, daarnaast hebben andere gasten naast gezamenlijke tuin continu gebruik gemaakt van de tuin met hun grote honden waardoor wij geen gebruik hebben kunnen maken. De honden vielen zowat onze kinderen aan zodra wij in de buurt kwamen. Weinig contact met eigenaresse, wisten niet waar we de sleutel moesten laten bij vertrek, geen instructies aanwezig in de woning. Het appartement was wel schoon bij aankomst en het was heel fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was.

Think twice before you book this house. Have a good look at the pictures. We think it's not really suitable for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is rather cold, situated at the north. We could not make use of the terrace in the garden because a extended family that rented the next by cottage occupied the garden.

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été assez agréable, La maison de vacances est située dans un endroit serein, parfait pour les amoureux de la nature, La cuisine avait tous les essentiels, et la salle de bain était bien équipée, Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les installations de barbecue, mais elles avaient l'air invitantes, Le seul inconvénient était le manque de Wi-Fi, mais nous avons réussi à nous déconnecter et à profiter des environs, Bon pour ceux qui veulent une escapade tranquille

Es gab Differenzen mit neu zugezogenen Urlaubern ,die angeblich besondere Rechte gehabt hätten z.B zugewiesene Hundegelände, besondere Parkplätze ...und Zugangswege ,die nur für Sie bestimmt wären Parkplätze

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft. Einfach aber sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Trotz der eisigen Temperaturen und wirklich viel Schnee hat alles gut funktioniert. Sowohl unsere Kinder als auch der Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten, außer vorher am Telefon, keinen persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern aber das war auch nicht notwendig. Wir haben vorher eine Email mit dem Code für die Schlüsselbox und vielen Informationen bekommen. Da wir Verwandtschaft in der Nähe haben, bin ich mir ganz sicher, dass wir wieder kommen werden.

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war eigentlich als kleine erholung geplant, dies wurde dann schon im Vorfeld durch falsche Angaben zur Unterkunft und keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter stark getrübt. Die Unterkunft wurde als Ferienhaus beworben, dies war uns sehr wichtig, da wir einen reaktiven Hund haben. Es war allerdings eine Ferienwohnung mit mehreren Wohnungen. Telefonnumer vom vermieter war falsch, Gästekarte kam nur auf Nachfrage und überhaupt fand keinerlei Kommunikation statt. Wir dachten bis zuletzt das es sich um Betrug handelt.Alles sehr seltsam. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schlafzimmer ein defekter Kleiderschrank mit großem DEFEKT Schild und auch im Wohnzimmer fiel der Schrank fast auseinander. Im Bad kein Rollo/Vorhang. Möbel allgemein veraltet. Es war trotzdem sauber. das einzige was sehr gut war, ist die Lage direkt am Rennsteig. Wir buchen nicht wieder über FEWO direkt was wohl jetzt zu Belvilla gehört.

Ferienwohnung bedarf dringend Nachrüstung/Reparatur (Beleuchtung und WICHTIG: Rauchmelder!) Selten so ein ungepflegtes Grundstück gesehen es sei denn es handelt sich um einen "Naturgarten", Gartenmobilar schmutzig und unansehnlich, Abfalleimer am Grillplatz voll mit Hundekot und sonstigen Hinterlassenschaften, Feuerkorb ebenso, Fazit: KEINE Weiterempfehlung, SORRY!

Kurzurlaub mit viel Schnee

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Urlaub. Für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind <2J war der Wald etwas zu weit, daher sind wir kurz mit Auto gefahren, um mitten durch die verschneiten Wälder zu spazieren. Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Het was een prima locatie voor en vakantie. Het enige min puntje is dat de verhuurder niet aanwezig was bij aankomst op zich niet zo erg maar zorg dan voor een goede beschrijving war je op moet letten bijvoorbeeld boiler stond uit en hoe je die dan aan moet zetten.

Neustadt am Rennsteig ist herrlich gelegen, sehr ruhig, mit tollen Wanderrouten auch für unseren kleinen Sohn (3 Jahre), wie z.B. das niedliche Hexenwäldchen direkt am Ort. Es ist zwar recht steil, aber das sollte jedem vorher klar sein. Im Ort selbst ist ein Supermarkt, mit dem Auto keine 5min entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, groß, mit Esstisch in der Küche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, großes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine. Der Außenbereich ist sauber, gepflegt, mit genug (Liege-) Stühlen, Steingrill, Sonne bis Abends... alles bestens :-)

We hebben heerlijk geslapen in het nieuwe, schone en enorm grote tweepersoons bed. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Bij aankomst stond er een heerlijk assortiment van fruit en verschilllende drankjes klaar! De ruimte was heel groot, verder een beetje gedateerd, maar ook wel charmant. Buitenruimte ook heel fijn met voldoende plekjes en een BBQ en vuurkorf.
