Een bijzonder huis waar je met een groot gezelschap fijn kunt verblijven. Voldoende ruimte en een ok locatie. Erg jammer dat de eigenaar onderhoud nalaat, het niet schoon is en het op een aantal vlakken onveilig is. We zijn hier met een baby die rond kruipt, maar de stopcontacten liggen open, licht en verwarming is met verleng dozen aan elkaar gekoppeld, de helft van de verlichting functioneert niet en het trappengat is onveilig en niet verlicht. Verder is er geen warm water in de keuken, zijn de matrassen doorgelegen en de koekenpannen versleten. Voor de prijs die je betaald verwacht je dat dit soort zaken op orde zijn.

Sauberkeit und Sicherheit mangelhaft

Zum positiven Aspekt, die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist schon schön. Man kann auch den Willen erkennen die Wohnung modern und stilvoll einzurichten, aber es weißst erhebliche Mängel auf. Sauberkeit mangelhaft!! Viel Staub und Spinnenweben, Mausefallen unterm Bett und in den Ecken, Bananenschale unterm Bett, Wäsche vom Vormieter in einem Zimmer... Sicherheit in der Wohnung mangelhaft !! Viele vorstehende Nägel an den Fußleisten, Balken vom Balkongelände locker und fallen herunter, Steckdosen nur notdürftig in der Wand befestigt, viele Gläser mit Absplitterungen... Wir würden dieses Objekt nie wieder buchen!!

Das Inserat bildet das Haus etwas optimistisch ab, dennoch ist es eine urige Unterkunft mit witzigen Details in der wir als Gruppe von 4 befreundeten Paaren eine sehr schöne Zeit hatten. Im ersten Stock ist ein Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer, man sollte sich also gut genug kennen ;-)
