Domaine Leyvinie, ideal for groups

Domaine Leyvinie comprises six gites and a main house. Situated on a hill, you have stunning views of the woods and meadows all around. Together yet separate. Each family has its own separate home, and you can gather for meals in the large gite Merlot or by the swimming pool. There are 31 sleeping accommodations. Gite Merlot is the former estate restaurant, where you can prepare and enjoy communal meals. If you don't feel like cooking, we're happy to do it for you. We can also deliver fresh bread and homemade takeaway meals. Two barbecues are available. In the center of Perpezac-le-Blanc, you'll find a bakery, restaurant, bar/tabac, tennis court/multisports, and a small post office. Numerous activities are available nearby, including canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, a climbing park, golf, and more. Or visit one of the many charming villages or restaurants.

Beautiful, peaceful location

Very nice house with fantastic wildlife all around and a lovely pool. It was perfect for our big family reunion.

We were a group of 22 (family and friends with ages from 16 to 80) - the property was perfect, spacious and well equipped.The pool was excellent and the views from the property were great. We BBQ'd most nights and did not try the catered options but did have our bread, croissants and pain au chocolat delivered each day.Paulette and Roland were excellent, discreet and supportive including during a freak storm where we needed their assistance!Some of the bedrooms are smaller and more basic than others however all had a fan to keep them cool as a mid August visit during a heatwave summer meant that it was hot.The one thing we didn't fully appreciate was the hillside location (and local terrain) however this made the bike riding and walking more of a challenge which in turn made the rose wine taste better!

Magnifique mariage bucolique

Week-end formidable à l’occasion de notre mariage dans ce lieu paisible à la vue magnifique. Très bien équipé. Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Merci beaucoup Paulette ! Ce fût un plaisir et cela nous a donné envie de revenir avec quelques amis pour un séjour plus long. Piscine très appréciable avec les vaches comme seul vis-à -vis.
