You won't even need a car to enjoy the finest Montecito and Santa Barbara has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We spend as much time enjoying the environs outside the house as inside. The house has a great flow, with three large living spaces and a entertainer's floor plan to allow for both quite time reading, working or watching one of three TVs sets, as well as amazing family gatherings. Upstairs master steps lead to backyard pool, gated parking lot can double as a full-court basketball area. Gourmet kitchen flows to outdoor patio with wood-pellet Traeger Grill for delicious foodie cookouts and Sonos speaker system throughout the house. Pool area includes jacuzzi spa, pool room with separate bathroom/changing area and two large lawns for sports activities like a game of croquet or bocci ball.
