Comfortable house with beach access San Foca, m126

Having personally tried this holiday home, I can say with a light heart that it is a home of extreme comfort. The excellent residence, in fact, in addition to being well furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts, is located very close to the sandy beach of the "Marangi" with a lido and free parts of the beach. Reaching the sea is very easy, because in the rear garden, we notice an external access door to the property which leads into the pine forest next to the coast. From here a path of about 40 m, passing next to the green area, allows you to reach the turquoise sea. Even the evening strolls, shops and clubs are easily and quickly accessible. The independent residence has a brick front courtyard, used for parking space (with a shading cloth). In this area we also have a closet with an external shower, intended for storage. The front entrance shows the large living room with dining room and two-seater sofa bed, next to it the kitchenette and the corridor of the sleeping area. Two beautiful bedrooms accommodate 3 and 2 beds respectively (both doubles, in one of them there is a single added). The nice bathroom has all the useful services and a large and comfortable glass shower box. The well-equipped kitchen is interposed between the living room and the rear garden. The latter appears to be the outdoor area to live on holiday, in fact it presents: table, chairs, barbecue, area with shower, fine planter with large seat and the very useful access door in the pine forest, mentioned above. If I had to express the best quality of the dwelling with a single qualifying adjective, I would say: comfortable.
