There is also a kitchen, utility, living/dining room and a conservatory. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with patio, lawn and furniture. Gabrianne is an outstanding retreat to enjoy all year around. Note: Good Housekeeping bond of 200 GBP. Note: The bunk beds are only suitable for children or small adults. Please note: The log burner and double garage is not for guests use.
Note: Parking is shared driveway for one car plus a separate hard stand in front of the house.
Note: Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs in the property.

Nearby is the glistening Hive Beach, whilst slightly further afield is the coastal resort of Weymouth.
