Dock Villa is amongst the top villas of Porto Hydra village.

Renovated in 2021, is has a direct private 16m dock to the canal

Parking: There is a private, shedded parking space. More cars can park nearby.

Beaches: There are two big main sandy beaches in the Porto Hydra village. One is a minute walk. We offer our guests a private luxury umbrella and 2 sun-beds. On the other side, Sahara Beach offers a playground, beach volleyball, basketball, and two tennis courts about 5 mins walk.

This beautiful villa has spacious 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with a spa shower. There is also washing machine and a dish .

For your convenience, we offer premium guy Laroche linen, including sheets and towels, and beach towels along with shampoo and shower gel, sleepers and toothbrush. There is a crib & high-chair for young visitors.

There’s a double living room with special children's corner with comfortable coloured beanbags, perfect for movie nights or games. On cooler evenings, there’s also a fire place.

Kitchen is fully equipped inc even squeezer, a toaster, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and you also get coffee, tea, fruits and sweets as a starter. Equipped with fire extinguishers too

Solar water heater for abundant hot water and in case of cloudy days just press “HOT WATER” on the electric panel

Big garden for playing even rackets, with a barbecue, 3 garden dining tables, large umbrella and 4 beanbag sunbeds.

Private 16m dock, which allows guests to arrive in style by boat or, alternatively, take advantage of our boat trips to nearby islands.

Villa has got good privacy. Active security is offered by the security company that protects the entire village with round-the-clock patrols. Children run free around the village.

The possibilities for exploring the surrounding area are endless, with many beaches, restaurants, hotel swimming pools and activities close enough.

The list price is for 6 people, the villa is suitable for a maximum of 12 people (2 double sofa beds and 2 single folding beds) at Є50/person
