Wij hebben erg genoten van het appartement, het is eigenlijk een stuk ruimer dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Alles was fris en schoon, fijne douche en een mooi ruim terras met een grote tuin! Het is goed gelegen, je loopt zo Bouillon in en het ligt centraal tussen allerlei mooie wandelroutes.

Leider etwas enttäuscht

Ich schreibe nur ungern nicht so gute Bewertungen, aber hier komme ich nicht drum herum, die Feuchtigkeit und den Schimmel im Badezimmer zu bemängeln, der auch schon in vorherigen Bewertungen genannt wurde. Auch im Kinderzimmer befinden sich kleine Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Ich würde die Wohnung so wohl nicht vermieten, da Ärger mit Mietern vorprogrammiert ist. Schade, die Wohnung hat ansonsten Potenzial, ist gut geschnitten und der Wohn-/Essbereich mit der Terrasse ist wirklich schön, wenn auch das ein oder andere Inventar in der Küche und Mobiliar (Terassenmöbel) erneuert werden müsste. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hatte ich nur per Mail. Dieser war nett und unkompliziert. Wir durften die Wohnung etwas früher beziehen. Die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Wer gerne wandert, Fahrrad fährt und paddelt ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Huisje is groot, ruim, keurig en heeft ook groot balkon om heerlijk te ziteen. Mooie locatie! Minpunteb: badkamer is vochtig, pannen in de keuken zijn erg oud en de televisie heeft helaas geen zenders, dus tv kijken is niet mogelijk.

Het huis was erg schoon en mooi. En de eigenaar van het huis is erg vriendelijk en regelmatig en gaf me alle instructies en informatie die ik nodig had over alles wat met het huis en toerisme te maken had.

We konden pas vanaf 18.30 uur in het huisje ivm schoonmaak, beetje laat maar we hebben lekker op het terras gezeten in Bouillon tot die tijd. De omgeving was super, mooie uitzichten op het stadje en op de rivier de Semois en omringende bossen. Helaas alleen niet vanaf ons balkon, dat was te laag voor een vergezicht. Het huis was in 3 verdiepingen ,ons deel was onderin, zag er heel netjes uit, luxe ook alleen jammer van wat schimmel op het plafond van de badkamer maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. We hebben 12 mooie vakantiedagen gehad.
