Casita Tropicana is a 1 bedroom first floor apartment located 300metres from Vera beach and 50 metres from shops, restaurants & bars.
A perfect holiday retreat created for you, with all the facilities you would expect and more.
A modern apartment on an urbanisation with parking, WiFi, air conditioning and a 43” LG smart TV with access to Netflix & Prime Video.
The apartment is walking distance to Garrucha port - famous for seafood & tapas and a short drive to Mojacar and its Old Town
This bright apartment with all day sun has a beautiful roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, jacuzzi and a sunset bar.
(Due to COVID 19 the jacuzzi is available on request with an extra charge of €125 for sanitation purposes)
Inside the main area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy lounge leading out to a balcony overlooking the beautiful shared pool and landscaped gardens - perfect for your morning coffee.
The bedroom features a double bed, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a separate WC.
