The Blue Apartment is located on the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the village of Marciaga just 3 kilometers from the beaches and the town of Garda, and a short distance from the famous Cà Degli Ulivi Golf Club. The apartment is part of a small condominium consisting of three independent housing units with different characteristics and all intended for tourist use.

The Blu apartment is on the first floor, tastefully furnished and can accommodate 2 guests in one bedroom

A comfortable room with kitchen area and a bathroom with shower complete the description of the structure.

From the living room and bedroom there is direct access to a large and sunny balcony equipped with a table for dining and sun loungers and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding hills. Pertaining to the apartment there is also a private garden with a large BBQ and additional sun loungers

Private parking is provided in the courtyard of the structure for one car.

For families or larger groups there is also the possibility of renting together - if available - the Orange and Red apartments, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 12 guests

Very nice, clean, top view

Very nice flat, air conditioned with a very nice view to the lake Garda. Easy check in, road to the house a little bit steep, but no problem for our car :-) Kind and fast contact and service of Domus Rental. We will come back.

The unit was beautiful. The view was amazing. Overall we loved it. Offered all it said on line. Thanks Only disappointment was the satellite tv did not work and as we do not speak Italian or German we were unable to watch and relax in the extremely hot weather in the evenings.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Es ist alles so, wie die Bilder im Angebot es zeigen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der „Wohnraum schließt sich an die Küche an, Zweisitzersofa mit ausklappbaren Fußteilen gegenüber TV. TV auch im Schlafraum. Programme über Satelit. Eigene Programmquellen nicht abschließbar, da HDMI und USB Zugänge gesperrt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfordert etwas Geschick, weil steil und winkelig. Der zum App gehörende Parkplatz „blue“ ist relativ kurz, erfordert bei längeren PKWs geübte Fahrer und ist nicht mit Fahrradheckträger nutzbar. Der muss vorher ab- bzw. anmontiert werden, sonst reicht der Platz nicht. Das Anwesen liegt an einer kurvigen Bergstrecke, die bis in den Abend gerne von Autos und Motorrädern benutzt wird, die ihre akkustischen Besonderheiten zumeist ungehemmt präsentieren. Trotz der beschriebenen Negativpunkte ist das Appartement Blue mit seiner traumhaften Sicht auf den See sehr zu empfehlen und man wird die Straße in die Hügel gerne selbst benutzen, um nicht in den Staus auf den Straßen direkt am See zu versauern oder in den Touristenmassen im Städtchen und am See direkt geschoben zu werden. es ist halt auch hier Overtourism.
