Small terraced building in a quiet area but close to the beach and the center.
The properties are developed on the ground floor with uncovered or on the first floor with attic and terraces.
Spacious apartment furnished in a modern and minimal style on two levels.
The property consists of an entrance with armored door and a large living room with sofa bed with access to the spacious terrace protected by awning and used for lunch and dinner with the family.
The kitchenette has a traditional and induction fire and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
A bathroom with shower and an anteroom with washing machine complete the first floor.
On the second floor, the attic consisting of 3 bedrooms, one double and two with single bed and pull-out bed, can accommodate up to 6 people.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Insgesamt sehr moderne und schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Man ist in 5 Gehminuten bei den eigenen Liegen direkt am Strand und zur Einkaufsstraße mit zahlreichen leckeren Restaurants läuft man 2 Minuten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig. In der Küche befindet sich ein Induktions- sowie Gasherd, Backofen sowie Geschirrspüler. Teller, Besteck und Messer sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Handtücher kann man mieten oder müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Kommunikation mit Vermieter auf deutsch möglich. Diese sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
